趙巨濤先生自2024年5月起擔任本公司獨立董事。趙先生擁有豐富的資本市場、公司金融及戰(zhàn)略治理經(jīng)驗。目前，他擔任掌門教育（NYSE: ZME）和容聯(lián)云（NYSE:RAAS）的獨立董事，專注于提升公司治理水平并確保符合審計標準。

2015年至2021年期間，趙先生擔任木瓜移動首席財務(wù)官，在其任職期間，他在推動所在公司登陸美股資本市場（IPO）進程中發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵作用，并成功管理了多輪融資以支持公司的快速資本擴張。此外，他曾擔任聚美國際和藝龍的獨立董事，積極參與財務(wù)監(jiān)督與公司治理工作，為這兩家企業(yè)的私有化進程做出了重要貢獻。

趙先生持有芝加哥伊利諾伊大學（University of Illinois at Chicago）的金融與會計工商管理碩士學位，以及北京第二外國語大學的經(jīng)濟學學士學位。同時，他還持有特許金融分析師（CFA）的資格證書。

Independent Director

Mr. Adam Zhao has served as our independent director since May 2024. Mr. Zhao is an experienced finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic governance. He currently holds positions as an independent director at Zhangmen Education (NYSE: ZME) and Cloopen Group (NYSE: RAAS), focusing on enhancing corporate governance and maintaining compliance with audit standards. 

From 2015 to 2021, Mr. Zhao served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary at PapayaMobile in Beijing, where he was instrumental in their U.S. IPO process and managed significant financing rounds that shaped the company’s growth. His previous roles include serving as an independent director at Jumei International and eLong, where he was involved in financial oversight and corporate governance, contributing to successful privatization processes. 

Mr. Zhao holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beijing International Studies University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
