潘岳先生目前擔(dān)任公司董事長(zhǎng)，擁有超20年的企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及卓越的商業(yè)成就。潘先生曾于2024年2月至2024年5月?lián)喂径聲?huì)成員。在此之前，他于2018年任職于總部位于加利福尼亞州、致力于開發(fā)管理運(yùn)營(yíng)加州南北部住宅和商業(yè)地產(chǎn)的 Monument Pacific Development Corp. 并擔(dān)任副總裁，負(fù)責(zé)該公司醫(yī)療保健投資及房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。此外，潘先生還曾于2012年至2018年在Propriis不動(dòng)產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司擔(dān)任業(yè)務(wù)副總裁，主導(dǎo)相關(guān)地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)工作，2004 年至 2011 年則擔(dān)任《財(cái)富》世界 500 強(qiáng)企業(yè)中國(guó)土木工程集團(tuán)有限公司非洲區(qū)域市場(chǎng)部總經(jīng)理。潘先生擁有美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克利分校哈斯商學(xué)院工商管理碩士學(xué)位。

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Pierson Yue Pan has served as our chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2025. He is a senior executive with over 20 years of senior management experience and a strong track record of business success. He served as a member of the Board from February 2024 to May 2024. Mr. Pan currently serves as the Deputy President and previously served as the Vice President at Monument Pacific Development Corp. since 2018, in charge of both its healthcare investment and real estate development business in California, the U.S. Prior to that, Mr. Pan worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Propriis, a real estate development company, from 2012 to 2018. From 2004 to 2011, he served as the General Manager of the African Market Division at China Civil Engineering Construction Company, a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. 

Mr. Pan holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Hass School of Business.
